French baguette with a Vietnamese twist

Are you ready for school to start again? Come and check Pho Queen out at the Maitland Library this coming Sunday, August 16, 2015, at 3 pm. We will be demonstrating how to make French baguettes with a Vietnamese twist.

The Vietnamese baguette is short and stout. It is half the size of the French baguette. It is airy, fluffy, and soft inside while crunchy on the outside.

It took me 9th or perhaps 10th iterations before I got the baguette to be fluffy and airy.

I finally learned the secret to bake this simple bread. Come and learn the secrets of making the baguette fluffy and airy. It is fun and easy. Learn from my mistakes and successfully bake it on your first few attempts.
