Summer 2016 is upon us already. Have you taken some quality time for yourself or with your loved ones lately? “Life is short.” That is such a cliché but yet it is so true. We often are so busy rushing from one place to another that we forget to allow ourselves to feel and experience the environment around us. I am as guilty as the next person.
